Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Products are shipped once the payment is cleared. For Direct Deposit, it may take up to two working days to cleare your funds. For Credit Cards, the delay is one working day.

We use Australia Post rate as guide for postage. Goods will be delivered by Australia Post or Similar Express Courier. You will receive goods next day in capital city after your payment been confirmed.

The shipping COST is subject to change for some areas (even cheaper for metro area), and we will confirm the price within one business day.

You can contact us if you require insurance or other shipping arrangements.

The shipping prices listed above do not include any insurance. We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during shipping process. Email us for optional insurance price.

For oversea's buyer, please contact us before place an order. We don't accept Credit Card payment for oversea's order. We will ship to oversea when transfered fund has been cleared.

PICKING UP

Suite 22, 330 Wattle Street is Picking Up Center, we don't keep the most our products at it. Please order over the internet and pay for it first if you wish to pick up from our Pick Up Centre. We will then transfer stock from our warehouse to office for pick up. We will contact you once your goods are ready for pick up. Normaly, it takes 1-2 working days after reciept of your payment.

RETURN

All items returned to Digicity relating to repair, exchange and the return of unwanted items must be made according the following procedure and using a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

1) You can contact us to apply for a RMA number.

2) A RMA number is valid for 14 days only and may not be used at a later date.

3) All RMA deliveries need to contain a proof of purchase (invoice).

4) For warranty repair, please include a description of the malfunction. We don't accept any physical damaged goods for warranty.

5) The delivery to us must be complete with cables, manuals, and be in the original packaging.

6) Functioning, but unwanted item returns may attract a restocking fee of up to 30%. The cost of shipping is at the charge of the customer in this case.

7) Sender should pay all the shipping cost for return or repair to Digicity Australia; Digicity Australia will pay shipping cost of return to customers.

WARRANTIES

All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms & conditions. Please contact us or the manufacturer in the first instance for any product failure issues during the warranty period.
